Introduction: CRTS I track slab steel dies and its accessories were developed independently and optimized by us in strict accordance with the national current standards, the Tentative Technical Specification for CRTSⅠ Slab Ballastless Track Concrete Rail Plate of Passenger Dedicated Railway (KJJ [2008] No. 74), and TX (2008) 2301 “General Drawing of CRTS I Slab Ballastless Track”. The steel die is new and complete set of equipment (including all components and parts, elements and accessories), which can finish all actions for manufacture of CRTS I track slab. With excellent service performance, it is suitable for large-batch production. It is characterized by precise and reasonable structure, stable and durable performance, safety and reliability, simple operation and easy maintenance.

Main features of CRTS I steel die
The steel die bottom die frame is made of welded H-steel and steel plate. The steel die has reasonable structure and large rigidity and strength. During application, it provides stable dimensions and can be used for at least 800 times.
The auto locating pin can locate exactly and save labors and the track slab can take off the die automatically and save the cost. The locating pin can be used in cycle for 150-200 times.
High machining precision, free of leakage and high molding precision.
Pin connection and bolted connection are adopted. The formwork is opened and closed horizontally with easy fastening, erection and removal and high repeated location accuracy.
Frequency converting control high-frequency vibration is adopted for electrical control vibration.
