Wuhan CRRC Electric Traction Technology Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) was jointly established by CRRC Dalian R&D Co., Ltd. (“CRRC Dalian”), subordinate to CRRC Corporation Limited (“CRRC”), and Wuhan CRRC CRC Railway Vehicles Co., Ltd. in December 2014. It has a registered capital of 20 million yuan. CRRC Dalian R&D Co., Ltd. holds a 70% stake in the company. The establishment of the company is CRRC to better promote the construction of the high-end industry chain of rail transit equipment in Wuhan, fill the gap in the traction and control industry of rail transit in Hubei Province, and establish an important strategic layout based on the Central Plains in Wuhan.
The company is located at No. 1, South Linkong Road, Linkong Economic Development Zone, Huangpi District, Wuhan. Its first phase covers a plot area of more than 3,000 square meters.It is a high-tech company engaged in the development of core technology products for rail transit equipment, It is the key industry fostering enterprise for intelligent manufacturing and information technology in the “Wuhan Manufacturing 2025 Action Plan”.It is the local R&D and manufacturing company of CRRC Dalian traction and control products in Wuhan.
