The 48th World Economic Forum Annual Meeting was held from 23th to 26th, January in Davos, Switzerland. Liu Hualong, Chairman and Party Secretary of CRRC Corporation Limited was invited to attend the opening ceremony and other activities including China's Economic Policies, Opportunities in China’s New Era, World’s Entrepreneurs, Luncheon and the signing ceremony of Memorandum of the Cooperation Between State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council and World Economic Forum.
When speaking at the Forum and receiving media interviews, Liu Hualong pointed out that CRRC has made great progress in innovative development and international operation, with scale of operation ranks first in the global industry. China's high-end railway equipment, especially Renaissance EMU, shows its relatively strong international competitiveness.
Liu Hualong said that the world currently was at a critical stage of multipolar development and rebalancing. CRRC will be dedicated to contributing “CRRC Wisdom” and “CRRC Plan” based on the principle of achieving shared growth through discussion and collaboration to meet challenges such as deglobalization, climate change and terrorism.
