CRRC signed several contracts during October-November 2018, with a total amount of CNY 31.11 billion, as follows:
1.Freight: approximately CNY 8.27 billion with China Railway Corporation.
2.Locomotive: approximately CNY 5.44 billion with China Railway Corporation.
3.CRRC ZELC: a wholly-owned subsidiary of CRRC, signed a total of approximately CNY 4.98 billion metro & LRVs contract with the European Regional Rail System Bureau of the Istanbul Metropolitan Government Rail System, Shanghai Shentong Metro Group Co., Ltd. and Nanning Rail Transit Group Co., Ltd. respectively.
4.CRRC Sifang: a majority-owned subsidiary of CRRC, signed an EMUs contract for a total of approximately CNY 590 million with Chile’s National operator EFE and metro vehicle sales and maintenance contracts for a total of CNY 3.88 billion with Qingdao Metro Group Co., Ltd., AVIC-INTL Project Engineering Company and China Railway Eryuan Engineering Group Co., Ltd.
5.High-speed bullet train: approximately CNY 2.96 billion advanced repair contract with China Railway Corporation and all related railway subsidiaries.
6.Wind turbines and parts sales contract: CNY 2.96 billion in total.
7.Nanjing CRRC Puzhen Urban Rail Vehicle Co., Ltd. : a majority-owned subsidiary of CRRC, signed a total of approximately CNY 1.64 billion metro vehicle sales contract with Hangzhou Metro Co., Ltd.
8.CRRC Changchun: a majority-owned subsidiary of CRRC, signed a total of approximately CNY 650 million EMUs sales contract with China Railway Corporation.
9.CRRC SFC: a wholly-owned subsidiary of CRRC, signed a total of approximately CNY 580 million passenger coaches sales contract with Bangladesh Railway Ministry.
