On May 9, CRRC Qiqihar Group Co., Ltd. was officially established in Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province.
CRRC Qiqihar Group Co., Ltd. was reorganized from CRRC Qiqihar Rolling Stock Co., Ltd. CRRC Qiqihar Group Co., Ltd. reorganized CRRC Qiqihar Company, CRRC Shenyang Company, CRRC Shijiazhuang Company, CRRC Erqi Vehicle Company and CRRC Shandong Company. After the reorganization, CRRC Qiqihar Group Co., Ltd. has five wholly-owned subsidiaries including CRRC Qiqihar Vehicle Co. Ltd., CRRC Shenyang Co. Ltd., CRRC Shijiazhuang Co. Ltd., CRRC Shandong Co. Ltd. and CRRC Wind Power (Xilin Gol) Co. Ltd.
The reorganized CRRC Qiqihar Group Co., Ltd. is headquartered in Qiqihar City, with a registered capital of 6.7 billion yuan and a total of 20,300 employees. The core business of CRRC Qiqihar Group Co., Ltd. is railway freight trains, which serves 54 countries and regions including Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Brazil, Kazakhstan, etc. There are over 50,000 various kinds of cars in overseas, such as ore cars with 40-ton axle load, container-car integrated container flat cars and hopper cars designed for transporting coal, cement and grains. It has wide range of car products and advanced technologies, and its manufacturing scale and capabilities rank among the top in the world.
