On the 2017 China (Hunan) International Rail Transit Industry Expo and Summit Forum, Hu Haibin, deputy general manager and chief engineer of CRRC Yangtze Co., Ltd. introduced the Sky Train – Intelligent Transportation System, a new master piece of CRRC.

Nowadays, the lack of "seamless" connection between railway, highway, waterway, civil aviation and other transport means, the "fragmented" shuttle between transport means, the "last mile" bottleneck in railways entering port, acute shortage of collection and distribution channels for intermodal hubs and other key issues have constrained the economic development of all countries.
The solution provided by CRRC with Sky Train – Intelligent Container Transportation System is based on the technological edges of CRRC in such fields as rail transit, electrification, and information control.
