Recently, CRRC signed a supply agreement for passenger diesel multiple units (DMU) with Etihad Rail of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). This is the first export of China’s passenger DMU to UAE, which will help UAE to establish its first trunk railway passenger service.

On January 4, CRRC Ziyang Locomotive Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of CRRC, signed online a contract for locomotive spare parts worth more than $30 million with a railway user in Turkmenistan. This is the largest locomotive spare parts contract signed by both parties ever since the 31st anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Turkmenistan.
