Liu Hualong, male, born in 1962, Chinese, having no permanent residency in foreign countries; holding a Bachelor degree and a MBA degree; professor-level Senior Engineer; member of the 19th CCP Central Committee for Discipline Inspection; Chairman, Executive Director and Party Secretary of CRRC, also Chairman and Party Secretary of the CRRC Group. Mr. Liu held different leadership positions including Vice General Manager, Vice Chairman and General Manager, and Deputy Party Secretary, Chairman, General Manager, and Deputy Party Secretary of CNR Qiqihar Railway Rolling Stock (Group) Co., Ltd.; Vice General Manager, Deputy Party Secretary, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee, and labor union chairman of the CSR Group; and Director, General Manager and Deputy Party Secretary of the CRRC Group. He served as Executive Director, Deputy Party Secretary, and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee of CSR from December 2007 to September 2011; Executive Director, Vice President and a member of the CPC Standing Committee of CSR from September 2011 to October 2012; and Executive Director, President and Deputy Party Secretary from October 2012 to May 2015. He also worked as CRRC's Vice Chairman, Executive Director and Deputy Party Secretary from May 2015 to December 2016. Mr. Liu has been serving as CRRC’s Chairman and Party Secretary since December 2016.
