Ms. Li was Vice General Manager of China National Construction & Agricultural Machinery Import & Export Corporation (CAMC), Deputy Chief Accountant and Assistant General Manager of Sinohydro Corporation Limited, Chief Accountant and Chairman of the Labor Union of Sinohydro Resources Limited, and Vice General Manager and Chief Accountant of PowerChina Resources Limited.
