Mr. Zhao Hu, born in 1967, Chinese citizen with no right of abode in any foreign country, holding a university degree and a MBA degree, Senior Political Analyst, Chairman of the Board of Supervisors, Chairman of the Labor Union, and Head of the Organization Department of the CPC Party Committee of the Company, and concurrently Chairman of the Labor Union and Head of the Organization Department of the CPC Party Committee of CRRC Group Co., Ltd. Mr. Zhao was Deputy Director of the Office (Party Committee Office) of China North Rolling Stock Industry Group Co., Ltd.; Director of the Board Office/ Deputy Director of the Party Committee Office of China CNR Corporation Limited; Deputy Party Secretary, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee, Director, Deputy Party Secretary, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee, and Chairman of Labor Union of Tangshan Rail Passenger Train Co., Ltd.; Office (Party Committee Office) Director of China North Rolling Stock Industry Group Co., Ltd. and China CNR Corporation Limited, and Assistant Chief Economist of China CNR Corporation Limited. From June 2015 to December 2019, Mr. Zhao was Deputy Chief Economist/Director of the President’s Office of the Company, and Party Office Director, Head of the Organization Department of the CPC Party Committee, Employee Supervisor, and Chairman of Labor Union of the Company and CRRC Group Limited, and has been serving as Chairman of the Board of Supervisors, Chairman of Labor Union, and Head of the Organization Department of the CPC Party Committee of the Company since December 2019.
