Mr. Sun Yongcai, born in 1964, Chinese citizen with no right of abode in any foreign country; holding a Doctor's degree; professor-level Senior Engineer; Director, General Manager and Deputy Party Secretary of the Group, also Executive Director, President and Vice Party Secretary of CRRC Corporation Limited. Previously, Mr. Sun was Director/ Vice General Manager, and Vice Chairman/Party Secretary/Vice General Manager of Dalian Locomotive and Rolling Stock Co., Ltd.; Vice Chairman and Vice General Manager of Dalian Dali Rail Transit Equipment Co., Ltd.; member of the CPC Standing Committee of CNR Group; Chief Engineer, Vice President and member of the CPC Standing Committee of CNR; and Vice President and member of CPC Standing Committee of CRRC Corporation Limited. Mr. Sun was granted the title of “Reform Pioneer” by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, and he led the development of the Fuxing high-speed train. He is entitled to the special government allowances granted by the State Council.
