Mr. Liu Hualong, born in 1962, Chinese citizen with no right of abode in any foreign country; holding a university degree and a MBA degree; professor-level Senior Engineer; member of the 19th CPC Central Committee for Discipline Inspection; Chairman, Party Secretary, and Executive Director of the Company, also Chairman and Party Secretary of the CRRC Group. Mr. Liu held different leadership positions including Vice General Manager, Vice Chairman/General Manager/Deputy Party Secretary, and Chairman/General Manager/Deputy Party Secretary of CNR Qiqihar Railway Rolling Stock (Group) Co., Ltd.; Vice General Manager, Deputy Party Secretary/Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee/Chairman of Labor Union, and Party Secretary of the CSR Group; and Director, General Manager and Deputy Party Secretary of the CRRC Group. He served as Executive Director, Deputy Party Secretary, and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee of CSR from December 2007 to September 2011; Executive Director, Vice President and member of the CPC Standing Committee of CSR from September 2011 to October 2012; and Executive Director, President and Deputy Party Secretary of CSR from October 2012 to May 2015. He served as the Company’s Vice Chairman, Executive Director and Deputy Party Secretary from May 2015 to December 2016, and has been serving as the Company’s Chairman and Party Secretary since December 2016.
