Introduction
HXD2 1000 locomotive is completely independent eight-axle locomotive developed by DELC in 2011. The locomotive adopts converter and network control system developed by DELC. The locomotive is the first one which realizes the complete interchange of different conversion system in the domestic. The parameters of speed rank, Axle load, axle arrangement for the locomotive are the same as those of HXD2 electric locomotive, as the same time, the carbody, bogie, traction, air braking system are not changed.
Main technical characteristics:
1、It has excellent low temperature performance. The key systems and parts of the locomotive can be used under the environment with the range of -40℃~-25℃.The rubber parts outside of locomotive and valves can satisfy the requirement of -50℃;The parts of bogie can satisfy the requirement of low temperature impact under -40℃.
2、Adopt independent axle control mode. The locomotive has good protective measures and friendly human machine interface, as well as reliable high voltage interlocking device. All of these maintain and develop the mature technology of HXD2.
3、The locomotive has high integration which realizes the complete interchange of different conversion system in the domestic.
4、 Adopt reliable and long life bearing design and perfect lubrication system and sealing structure. It is unnecessary to fill the bearing of axle box with grease under for million kilometers
5、Adopt advanced oil-gas mixed flange lubrication technology, it reduces the wearing of flange and increase the life span of wheel.
6、Driving gear is installed by simply supported beam which increase the safety of driving gear and motor bearing as well as the life span of gear. The advanced technology of gear box ensures the excellent sealing performance and lubrication safety.
