Introduction
HXD2C locomotive is completely designed and manufactured by DELC which integrates advanced locomotive design technology and it is freight electric locomotive mainly operated on main lines and fits for domestic railways. The total power of the locomotive is 7200kW which can realize single motor driving 5000-6000t heavy load freight train. It can give full play to power capacity with good economy and the first class of technical index around the world.
Main technical characteristics:
1、The locomotive is based on modular design for function system which can improve standardization, seriation, maintainability and workability.
2、Single axle power is 1200kW and total power is 7200kW.Working ambient temperature is the range of -40℃~+40℃ which can satisfy different territorial environment requirement. This kind of locomotive has the best cost performance currently.
3、Adopt complete single axle control technology. Micro computer network control system is based on RS485 and Ethernet network telecom technology which has perfect control, monitor, examine and repair as well as maintenance.
4、The bogie adopts axle arrangement Co and the frame is the shape of “目”; Axle suspension driven unit, the primary suspension is spring suspension; the secondary suspension is rubber metal pad, middle push-pull type short draw bar structure.
5、The carbody adopts the complete bearing welding structure and no beam frame corrugated plate side wall, the centre sill and the rack compose into the united under frame. The material of carbody has perfect notched bar impact strength under -40℃.
6、Adopt independent ventilation cooling technology. It has simple structure with large area of air intake, small wind drag and well-distributed air distribution of each ventilate branch.
