Product introduction
8-axle passenger electric locomotive with the speed of 200km/h is a kind of AC passenger electric locomotive with 18t axle load, locomotive power of 112000kw and shaft power of 1600kw within 30 minutes, and it is developed to satisfy the need of pulling fast-speed passenger or freight locomotives in different lines.
Main technical features
1. The locomotive uses axle control mode, and main converter and auxiliary converter share intermediate DC circuit of 3600v voltage, both of which are redundancy of the other and auxiliary engine of neutral-section passing provides uninterruptible power.
2. Network control system adopts train control stage and locomotive control stage. Train control stage adopts ETB and WTB, and locomotive control stage adopts ECN and MVB.
3. It uses integral bearing steel welding structure, streamlined cab, and AL alloy roof which can make its body lighter.
4. Traction motor adopts full suspension structure, and its driving mode uses a new driving mode which is driving gear hollow shaft and flexible plate coupling of integration.
5. Locomotive design includes CTCS2 system, locomotive safety protection system (6A) and CMD system etc.
