Product introduction
Tiansuo passenger electric locomotive of AC transmission is the one of 200km/h grade, whose running speed can reach 210km/h and it can drive high speed passenger train of 200km/h and drive standard high speed passenger train of 160km/h in the existing lines. Its power is 4800KW, and adopts advanced AC transmission technology, with large range of instant power, high shaft power, good gelling performance, high efficiency and power.
Main technical features
1. Electric transmission system adopts localized GTO water-cooling converter unit and 1225KW high power asynchronous traction motor. It is with wide range of speed regulation and constant voltage, high shaft power, good gelling performance, high efficiency and high power.
2. Control system adopts localized disperse microcomputer network control system, and redundancy design to improve application reliability. Disperse microcomputer control system, together MVB bus and WTB achieves the goal of network control, logical control and self diagnosis function for the whole train.
3. Car body adopts lightened solid bearing structure and streamlined shape.
4. It adopts transmission mode of hollow shaft and six connecting rods at sides, traction motor, transmission gear case and suspension structure, integrates hollow shaft driving device, carrier and braking cross beam together. Its traction bar is traction bar of &&&&&&& and its basic braking adopts wheel-mounted disk braking device.
5. Its transformer is with horizontal structure, car body overhung mounting, integrative transformer with multiple winding and entire split. The oil case and a set of cooling device are shared by secondary absorber reactor, auxiliary converter reactor, circuit supply reactor.
6. It adopts a combined braking mode that relies on both regenerative and air braking mode.
