China Star motor vehicle of high speed electric motor train unit is a kind of motor vehicle of central power high speed train originated in China developed jointly by Datong Electric Locomotive Corp. and Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Corp. who are organized by original north and south group by absorbing a number of international technologies based on Ninth Five-Year national technological project and localization of passenger electric locomotive of AC transmission.
Main technical features
1. It adopts AC transmission technology, and electric transmission system adopts localized GTO water-cooling converter unit with speed regulation and constant power of large range, high shaft power, excellent gelling performance, and efficiency and power of high factor.
2. Auxiliary converter can provide VVVF and CVCF three-phase auxiliary circuit supply and electricity for auxiliary units by classification and grade, and it has strong system redundancy and good energy-saving and noise-reducing effect.
3. Controlling system adopts localized disperse microcomputer network controlling system, achieving network control, logical control and self diagnosis function.
4. It adopts oil-water combined cooling method in main converter and main transformer which originated in China.
5. Car body is lightened and streamlined, and the double arcs streamline shape is first adopted in China.
6. Bogie adopts wheel with small diameter, resilient transmission of six connecting rod secondary hollow shaft, postpositional push-pull driving bar, solid wheel, hollow hub disk braking, chevron gear and so on.
