Introduction
SS7E electric locomotive is six-axle main line passenger electric locomotive based on mature technology of SS7D electric locomotive. The design of the locomotive adheres to simple and unified standard, standardization and seriation for advanced design, operation safety and reliability. Carbody adopts streamline design; auxiliary circuit adopts auxiliary inverter power supply. The running part adopts 2Co bogie with the max. speed of 170km/h.
Main technical characteristics:
1. The locomotive adopts streamline design. New internal is equipped with advanced operation control equipment promoting the whole aesthetics and comfort. Light weight design is made for carbody, bogie and transformer of the main parts.
2. The main circuit adopts unequal third section bridge phase control and compound circuit, stepless speed regulating and stepless field weakening.
3. Adopt constant current starting and quasi constant speed, micro-computer control and LCU logical control unit.
4. The axle arrangement of bogie is 2Co and single side braking, motor frame bearing full suspension and wheel set hollow shaft six linkage transmission.
5. Auxiliary converter provides power for auxiliary system and has independent ventilation system with double-pipe air supply.
6. The locomotive can be operated in high and cold area with low temperature resistant design.
