Introduction of the product:
SS7C passenger locomotive is a kind of 6-axle electric locomotive at the highest speed of 120km/h developed and designed to meet the requirement of increasing speed at the existing lines. It takes single-phase power frequency, voltage 25kV, AC-DC transmission and 25t axle load. Startup at constant current + quasi constant speed is seen as its traction feature. It is equipped with devices for power factor compensation and electric compensation of axle load transfer. It is suitable for the lines with long slopes and lots of curves.
Main technical features:
1. Light weight design is applied for the main parts of the locomotive, such as the carbody, bogie and transformer, etc.
2. Bo-Bo-Bo axle arrangement is taken for the bogie. It adopts single-side braking, motor rolling and hugging bearings nose suspension and low-position slanting traction rod.
3. The main circuit applies double section bridge phase control (full-control + half control) and compound excited circuits. It weakens the stepless speed adjustment and stepless magnetic field.
4. It is controlled through constant current startup and quasi constant speed. Computer control and LCU logic control unit are adopted.
5. Regenerative braking is used for the electric braking.
6. There are power supply for heating devices and air conditionings. Air is supplied through double pipes.
