Introduction of the product:
SS3 electric locomotive is the second generation of 6 axles locomotive used for both freight and passenger, which adopts bridge full-wave rectifier, realizing smooth adjustment of voltage by thyristor phase control. It uses AC voltage system 25kV 50Hz of single phase and its highest running speed is 100km/h.
Main technical features:
1. The carbody takes frame-type integral bearing structure, meeting the requirement of light weight.
2. The bogie uses the flat pull-rod draft gear with different wheelbases and elastic axle box pull rod to pass the traction force, which has good axle load transfer and curve passing capacity.
3. The main circuit adopts unequal three-section half control bridge rectifier comprised of rectifier tubes and thyristor tubes, characterized by stepless acceleration, smooth startup and large acceleration.
4. The tractive motor is a kind of pulse current series traction motor that is equipped with devices for electric compensation of axle load transfer as well as slip and slide protection, improving the adhesion characteristics of the locomotive.
5. The DK-1 elctro-pneumatic brake is used for the braking system. The air dryer is installed additionally, improving greatly the quality of air supply.
6. The control circuit uses electronic control. The electric control block adopts SMT design with the functions of state inspection and fault protection.
