Introduction of the product:

SS7 electric locomotive is a kind of 6-axle freight locomotive of 4800kW. It takes single-phase power frequency, voltage 25kV and AC-DC transmission. Startup at constant current + quasi constant speed is seen as its traction feature. It is equipped with devices for power factor compensation and electric compensation of axle load transfer. It is suitable for the mountain lines with sharp curves and long slopes. Multi-locomotives could serve as the heavy-haul freight locomotive for traction.

Main technical features:

1. The carbody adopts traditional mature integral bearing structure.

2. Bo-Bo axle arrange is applied for the bogie, improving the security of locomotive running on the lines with curves.

3. The compound excitation full-laminated traction motor is characterized by the soft feature of series excitation and the hard feature of separated excitation, enhancing the anti-slip ability of the locomotive.

4. The high power shell main transformer features compact structure, small volume and light weight.

5. The compound excitation control system is controlled through startup at constant current + quasi constant speed. The regenerative braking and power factor compensation work to ensure that larger braking power and braking force could be created when the locomotive makes electric braking at low speed.

6. The locomotive is equipped with electric compensation device for axle load transfer and anti-slip and anti-slide protection devices. The adhesion usage is good.
