Political work research symposium of Shanxi Province awarded the research findings in ideological and political work as well as excellent organizations. CRRC Datong won the award of excellent organizer. Awards were also given to CRRC Datong due to its many research findings.
Li Zhao and Zhang Yan-qiang won the first prize for their paper Making a Responsibility List and Implementing the Main Body’s Responsibility, Shen You-qun and Yin Wang for their thesis Practice and Exploration of Spiritual civilization Construction of CRRC Datong as well as Xiao Yi-li and Xie Teng for their article Exploration of Corporate Culture Construction and Promotion in Employees’ Cohesion. Besides, the second prize and the third prize went respectively to 8 and 1 research findings.
Centering on the innovation of ideological and political work and construction of party organization under the new situation, the company’s political work research symposium carried out investigation on the subjects and set up a platform for communication and discussion through the form of symposia, promoting the level of the research findings and providing strong support of theory and policy to the company’s healthy and sustainable development.
