HXN3 FREIGHT DIESEL LOCOMOTIVE
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
HXN3 diesel locomotive is developed and manufactured by CRRC Dalian as AC drive diesel locomotive for freight transportation with the highest power in China. The max. service speed is 120km/h. It features high continuous tractive effort, low fuel consumption, low emission, high safety, convenient operation, long maintenance period and low overall lifecycle cost, which can meet the requirement of hauling 5,000 tons on main line with speed up to 120km/h. The successful development of HXN3 diesel locomotive, marked the establishment of world advanced AC drive diesel locomotive technology platform. It shows that the level of China railways diesel locomotive dynamic equipment succeeds in achieving goals of technology introduction, digestion and absorption. Independent research and development capability as well as production capacity have reached a new level. At present, mass production has been realized.
